I have bought a new Split AC with Samsung on April 20 2012. From day one i was facing cooling problem. I have registered a compliant with customer care of Samsung on May 22nd 2012. They sent the engineer to check the unit. The engineer identified that there is a leakage of oil in the coil. This is because of the wrong place where they have installed the external unit. The customer service centre told me that they will replace my external unit and took the Bill copy and my ID copy. But they did not take any step further for the past 1 month to replace the unit and when i ask for the status, they said the compliant has been cancelled by me. This is unacceptable as i have not cancelled the compliant. My compliant number is 8442552444.
