HI ALL,

THIS IS TO NOTIFY YOU THAT I BOOKED A ROYAL ENFIELD ON JUNE 2011 FROM TEKNIK MOTORS BANGALORE AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE BIKE WOULD COME IN 7 TO 8 MONTHS.

SO WAS EXPECTING THE BIKE IN FEBRUARY 2012. HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO THEM IN FEBRUARY THEY PUSHED THE DATE TO MARCH ANDTHEN TO APRIL AND NOW THEY HAVE FURTHER PUSHED THE DATE TO JUNE END 2012 AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I WILL NOT GET IT BEFORE JULY.

THE ARE ALSO DEMANDING THE FULL MONEY IN ADVANCE AN SAID THEY CAN THINK ABOUT DELIVERING THE BIKE EARLY ONCE I PAY THE FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE.WHENEVER I CALL THEM THE RECEPTIONIST LETS ME THAT THERE ARE 45 CUSTOMERS WATING AND THE NUMBER HAS NEVER DECREASED.

I HAVE ALWAYS APPRECIATED QUALITY OF ROYAL ENFIELD BUT THIS KIND OF CASUAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM YOUR ROYAL ENFIELD SHOWROOM.

IN CASE I CALL THEM AS A NEW CUSTOMER THEY SAY THAT I WILL GET MY BIKE WITHIN 8 MONTHS BUT ITS BEEN I YEAR AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BIKE.

ALL I WANT IS MY BIKE. I AM EXTREAMLY UNHAPPY WITH TEKNIK MOTORS.

ALSO I BELIVE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ROYAL ENFIELD TO ANY ONE I KNOW BECAUSE THE PRESALES EXPERIENCE IS THIS BAD WHAT CAN POST SALES EXPERIENCE BE…..
