This complain is regrading my Net connection which i have taken from beam cable and . first, i lodged my complain(ticket no.-5386128) on 17th jun 2012, and they promised me that they will resolve my problem within 24 hours. Moreover, they have closed the complain without solving it. Hence, i want to file a complain against them
