Dissatisfaction services after recharging with appropriate amount.

Respected Sir,

I m Shubhrajit Mukherjee using the reliance netconnect+ for internet service.But from last week i m facing some problem with the service that reliance providing.
On 30 May,2012, i recharged with Rs.800 for the service “5Gb on HSD speed thereafter unlimited usage on 1z speed.
From 13June,2012, i unable to use the service of Rs800 because when i m connecting with the internet my main balance is deducting gradually and become zero.For this i complained to the reliance netconnect+ customer care office and at 10.11pm they registered one complain(complain number=181060255) and told they will try to solve the problem with in 48 hours but they din’t do with in 48 hours but they unable to solve my problem and as result i unable to use the internet service due to zero amount in my main account .After 60 hours they reply that there is no sudden deduction of money form my account.
on 16,2012 i again recharged with rs 20 for the main account so that i can use the internet service but same case happened this time also my main account balance become zero and as result i again unable to use my internet service.Then i again complianed to customer care (reliance netconnet+) office and again they registered a complain (181259563).
so,thing is that customer is paying Rs800 for internet service and by some hidden work of reliance they restrict their services ,so that they can earn more profit.
I have many voice call evidence (of customer officer Named: Nishant shukla and many )that will prove that all the above case is true and reliance is taking the money from the customer and unable to give service to the customer
