I occupied 1BHK Flat at 1st Floor, House # 59, 4th Cross, Cauvery Nagar, Murugesh Palaya, Bangalore-17 two years ago with a security deposit of Rs.60000/- and monthly rental of Rs.8500/month. I used to pay the rental in the starting of the month for the current month which is not the case in Bangalore (Rent in bangalore is paid after one stays for a month in occupied house or flat). It happened becasue the owner asked me the amount when I occupied the house and I simply gave him the money since I was from Pune and the same is the culture in Pune.I vaccated the house on 26th May-12. And the owner again deducted the rental of Rs.10000/month (including the electricity and water bills)from the security deposit and Rs.25000/- for the painting charges. I feel like cheated and looted. Please help!! Thank you.
