i Mohit Kumar Ojha, have ordered an Beverly Hill Polo Wrist Watch from naaptol.com. on the site the model was displayed and after viewing the model i ordered an square white dial wrist watch, now they have delivered me an round black dial watch. I had a talk with their customer care but they refused to provide me with any solution, i also mailed a complain to their e. mail id but they didn’t responded for that also. Now i m lodging a complain with you. I want an replacement of the watch with the model that i have ordered. the details regarding my order is:
