10 june advance paid Rs. 1640. (cheated as the airtel customer rate is only 1119 ).
Many calls later, dish fixed on 13 june. Installatn techni did not pull cable thro duct as per rules in apartment. We had to pay private electrician for this. Techni did not wait to activate and demo the channels. When called, he said his work over. Airtel agent Subisu said they are sending another techni. He sadi comin coming, did not. Daily calling 12150 Airtel to complain. No results. pl help
