Dish TV DTH(Direct To Home) is not allowing channel selection as per TRAI’s guidelines/rules

Dears,
It has been over a week for my try to select DTH channels as per TRAI’s guidelines/rules and make my own pack of the selected channels, but Dish TV Service provider is not allowing it.
Dish TV DTH(Direct To Home) service at my home is suspended since 1st Feb.’2019. I’m contacting Dish TV since over a week continuously, but Dish TV service provider is not solving the problem.
