On 17/7/12 at 2.30 pm my husband and I were watching a channel on Dish tv,when the screen went blank.Immediately I rang up customer care of Dish TV when I was told that the problem would be rectified in 2 hours and to keep our STB on.At about 7.30 pm I again rang up when I got the same answer.Today 18/7/12 at 7 am I rang them up and I was told that my connection has been deactivated though my next recharge date is only on Aug 19,2012.I rang up again after 2 hours to verify and I was given the same answer.At about 1.30 pm today I asked to speak to a Senior person who then said that the problem is on their side and it is technical.They are replacing our existing VC NO. and without informing us….the user.I have also sent emails to their customer care department but no reply except that they have forwarded the complaint.We still do not have a connection for no fault of ours.Please advise us how to tackle this grievance
