I have taken a dongle sim with vodafone and recharged for a 3G service. For the last two weeks all I get is 2G service and speed. I lodged a complaint on the 12th June 2012 regarding the issue and was advised t wait till 20th June before someone can call us to resolve the issue. I find it unbelievable that in order to speak to someone I need to wait for 8 days before something can be done. Till date I have already spent Rs.2500 on recharge and to speak to manager in the call center I had to run from pillar to post. I have already spent around Rs 100 for speaking to them and still is in the same place where I stood 2 weeks back. I have written to their complaints team at [email protected] and have not yet recvd any reply. I am feel cheated because I have been charged for a service that I do not receive. I thought Vodfone is a multinational company and expected a great level of professionalism but I guess I was wrong. The people you speak to at the call center donot know to speak cordial hindi and it seems they are speaking to someone in a fish market than at work and specially to a customer. I am dejected and cant wait for this month to get over so that I can change the service provider.
