discripencies in the connection bill

i had bought an idea postpaid connection in april last month i hav got a bill of 700+.while my plan is of 200 rs only when i want the detail of usagei didn’t get that till now,moreover in this month i have got so much discripencies in the bill,on 14th june at 9:54AM i have got a msg,my bill is 304.85rs,nd after that wen i checked from customercare it was 218 rs.aftr same time again i got a message of bill of 392.82 rs at 9.57AM. when i want to talk a custmercare my call was not picked.every limits are crossed today when i got a message,my bill is 690 rs.i am get rid of my idea connection.nd want compensationi hope you will help me in redressal of my grievance
