My self chandrasekhr bohra and my mobile no- 7498692754
I recharged 799(one month validity) pack from reliance communication official website .its a unlimited R2R national calling pack (receipt no- AMIR24105191) recharge date 10/07/2012
My problem is that I didn’t use benefit of this pack .when I call any reliance mobile number then deduct rupees from my main balance account 200 rupees deducted by reliance communication
I complaint of this discrepancy to reliance customer care several time but they donot solve this problem

all complaints were solve as per customer care representative but my problem still running and they are not treat well
kindly solve my problem and revert me back my deduct amount as well as increasing 15 days validity of 799 pack
