Discontinuation of my cell number

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Date: 27th April 2012 – Recd call from Mr. Ganesh from Mumbai office.
Following Points discussed over phone.
 Facing Heavy Network related problem. So it cost me lot at the intermittent interval of network.
 Physical copy of bills not received at home since last 6 months.
 Given threat by me that I will convert my number instead of post-paid to Pre-Paid services but he requested not to convert in pre-paid and he had given an option that, he will give new plan which will reduce the bill cost.
 I had given the guarantee that you please resolve my queries, I will pay immediately and I also given the option to take my postdated cheque.
 He had also confirmed that from the company your services will not be stopped and discontinued.
 All this you can view from your SMS services which I had received after our meeting.

Date: 05th May 2012 –
Services got disconnected and all functionality stopped by your company without any intimation and after given the assurance by your senior executive Mr. Ganesh. At that time I was out of station and for 3 days I have to face so many problems because of non-connectivity. And I had been penalized by my company also.

Date: 13th May 2012 –
Mr. Vijay Sendhwani from Ahmedabad office came to see me and we had following discussions.
 All above points discussed.
 He conveyed that your all problems will be solved pls pay the dues.
 I told him to solve the problem and collect the due payment.
 After forcing by him I inform him to come at my office and collect the payment on next day.
 Nobody had visited my office for collection of payment.

Date: 05th Jun 2012 – Recd call from Ms. Anjali (079-40026618) from Ahmedabad office.
 Got the information that my cell number is Permanent Disconnected by the company.
 Looking to my bill I got the information though above problems are not solved and during the month of May 2012 I had not utilized my services due to above problems still my dues has been increased by Rs. 434/-.

I draw your kind attention that since my utilization of your services I had not refused any payment and at each and everytime I was requesting that to solve my problem, I am ready to pay even I had also given the option that I will give the postdated cheque by putting the trust on your company. But to my surprise I got the reward by permanently loosing the Airtel Services.

So, now it is your choice what to do next.

On Saturday 16th June 2012 I have received written letter from Ahmedabad office reminding me to pay the outstanding dues on my above mobile but in that letter they have not mentioned any correspondence done by me previously and no clarification of my above complaints.

I need a humble and justifiable solution from your side.
