Name of company/service: Tata Indicom
My mother is using one tataindicom (CDMA) mobile no-9903090970 since 2005.From 15.07.2012 that mobile no is disconnected by company for non deposit of required document & for that they had disconnedted the connection parmenently.
My mother is a 60 year old lady and she lives along in the home Thus she may unable to understand all this things.
I have requested the customer care executive for submitting the required documents once again to their office but they have ignore me and force me to understand that this mobile no is disconnceted permenently.
I am requested to connect the mobile no asap as this is the only way to connect with my mother.
