This is reference to above details;
Since the day I got this connection I never got 3G signal on my Ipad and never able to use the connection so I decided to surrender this number and ask your office to disconnect my number with immediate effect.. This was my worst experience in India from any Mobile phone operator.
I had received Vodafone bill of Rs 1378.25 for the bill date 06-03-12 for my number 9999342753. I went to your Ansal plaza centre in the month of April 2012 and ask them to take payment and disconnect my number permanently with immediate effect. I was told that the total amount to be paid now is Rs 2882.75. I paid Rs. 2882.75 at the ATM at your Ansal Plaza as directed to me by your Vodafone office personal and I was told that the request has been sent to disconnect the number and now onward I will not receive any bill. There was no receipt given to me for this transaction and I was told that the request has been sent in the system.
But again I receive the bill for Rs1405.00 generated on 06-05-12. I again went to your Ansal plaza centre and asked them for clarifications. They informed me that it was by mistake this bill has been generated and there is no amount due and they have reverse the entry in the system and gave me the reference number SR#2250056856. The person’s name was Kaseem or Aseem as he has not written it properly. I was assured that I will not get any bill now as my number is already disconnected.
Since last few days I am receiving call from your office regarding the outstanding amount of Rs 1405.00 is due on by number 9999342753. I have told them multiple times that they should check their records as I have got my number disconnected permanently in the month of April 2012 only. But they are not understanding anything and calling me every day.
This is a case of customer harassment at highest level and utter negligence at Vodafone. You are requested to correct your records immediately and stop sending me any further bill. If this harassment will continue then I’ll take legal against Vodafone and also will publicise the matter in the media and news channels.
****** ABOVE MATTER WAS SENT TO VODAFONE NODAL OFFICER AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR AND THEY ARE HAARRASING FOR THE PAYMENT WHICH IS NOT DUE ACCORDING TO MY RECORDS.
