Ihad taken Vodafone broadbrand connectionduring april-11 and depositing amount Rs.7000/- vide ch-458199S.B.I.Serampur Branch. During May-11 Company send a bill for service tax amounting Rs.720.90 Which I have deposited at Rajmahal( Vodagone Ministore) N.S.Avenue, Serampur, Hooghly,Vide ch no- 576231, drawn on Bank of Borada , Serampurbranch,on28.05.11. Afterwords on04.06.11.company disconnected inter net service without showing any reason. I request to the consumerforum please look into the matter, So that i canget back my service and money worth
