I have called to airtel customer care from their sector-12noida office on 7thApr2012 for the disconnection of airtel broadband after getting no response I had again try to contact them on 27th apr from their shopprix office for the disconnection of airtel broadband. Again no reply on 7th of my2012 I had wrote a mail to their customer care department regarding the same request. So they cut the connection after 10days the issue is this they are not agree for the complain request which I have done through phone on 7th of Apr, still they are keep sending us billing for adding their rental. As we already done the payment of March month. As per their rule after submitting the request we have to pay only 7day charges as pro-rata basis. Now they are asking to pay 900 without adjusting our security amt.
