Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you my T24 Sim has disconnect since last 3 month(April-12) when I asked to customer care he told me that it has disconnect due to no recharge within six month for Rs.200/-(Two Hundred), so it has disconnected & if I want connection to purchase new Sim.
But I inform u & told also customercare that when I had take T24 Sim no.(8984807250) on dtd.30/06/2011 by the company’s lady agent at Big Bazar,Bhubaneswar,Odisha.She told it is no need to recharge like other network it is lifetime & when purchase something at big shopping mall if the T24 recharge facility is available their,it will automatic recharge depends upon the billing amount.So I purchase regularly in different mall & get the T24 talk amount in my no.In last Dec-11 already added some amount when I purchase at Pantloon Shop,Bhubaneswar,Odisha& added Rs.121/-(Hundred Twenty One) on the dtd.30/04/12 at Central Shop,Bangalore.But I don’t know how my T24 Sim will disconnect.
So I need take strong action against company & wait ur reply,I hope the reply will positive for me.
