Disconnect My Service

Location/place: Durgapur, West Bengal

Name of company/service: TATA INDICOM (TATA DOCOMO)

Sir,
I am using CDMA mobile phone service from Tata Indicom for last 9 years and my no is 9231551606. But unfortunately they stop my service showing that the I have not submit my personal documents and I have not recharge for last 120 days. These are wrong statements. If I not submit the documents then how I an enjoying there service for last 9 years and the data of my last three recharge are as below
Rs. 100/- vide T ID. no. 100002074591778 dated 5.11.12 at 4.55.06 PM
Rs. 100/- vide T ID. No. 100001956499479 dated 29.9.12 at 11.07.53 AM
Rs. 50/- vide T ID. No. 100001881910067 dated 5.9.12 at 3.22.08 PM
This is a very important phone no. for me and I want a suggestion from your end what I have to do now.
I have write the complane to the customer care but got no satisfactory reply.
