my late father Mr. R.K.Rungta was holding this health policy from 7-8 yrs and has never taken any claims befor . on june 6th he was hospitalised in apollo and we sent a request to ttk -new india assurance for cashless which they declined . they asked us to submit the papers, the treatment was very costly we spent nearly 8 lacs on the treatment and we were in desparate need of money because of no funds we had to shift him to a smaller hospital where he was declared as dead after 24 hours .if ttk would have approved this amount of 2.5 lacs rs then i think we wouldnt have taken the risk of moving him in to that hospital in such a critical position. i just want to put a case against ttk- new india asurance company for mental harassment. Even now before a month we have submitted the documents but they are raising some useless queries and not processing the claim please do help us on this.
