Different product in pack and indecent conduc of management staff

This complaint is in reference to the purchase of a pair of underpants from the easyday store at Neptune Magnet Mall, Bhandup, Mumbai. The size of briefs purchased was mentioned 105cms on the pack (containing two briefs), but one of them measured 95 cms, i detected this glitch after 17 days (as i was out of town in the interim period). On telling my grievances to the authorities at the store, the was a very hostile response from Mr. Hemant (Branch manager) and Mr. Jaiwal (staff manager) was recieved. None of our grievances were redressed. Plz take necessary action.
