Name of company/service: Shoppers stop_ Diesel sun glasses

I HAVE PURCHASED SINGLE PIECE OF DIESEL SUN GLASS FROM SHOPPERS STOP AT NUCLEUS 1, CHURCH ROAD, OPP TO COMMISSIONER OFFICE, PUNE-01 BY PAYING RS. 9650 VIDE CASH MEMO NO. 2019 ON 16/05/2012.
HOWEVER, ON 23/05/2012 ONE SCREW WAS LOST AND LENCE OF ONE GLASS CAME OUT FROM THE SUN GLASS, WHICH I HAVE GIVEN THEM FOR REPLACEMENT BUT THEY DID THE REPAIRS AND ALIGNMENT OF THE SAID SUN GLASS AND RETURNED IT TO ME.
HOWEVER AGAIN I WAS SHOCKED AND SURPRISED TO SEE THAT AGAIN THE SAME SCREW WAS LOST AND LENCE OF ONE GLASS CAME OUT FROM THE SUN GLASS, WHICH I HAVE AGAIN GIVEN THEM FOR REPLACEMENT AND SAID THEM THAT THIS IS A DAMAGED PIECE PLEASE REPLACE THE SAME, BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING THE SAME AND BLAMING ME THAT THERE ARE SOME SCRATCHES ON THE GLASSES WE CANNOT REPLACE ONLY WE CAN DO REPAIRS. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE SAME.
MAIN ISSUE:- SCRATCHES AND COMING OUT OF SCREW FROM THE SUNGLASS HAS NO CONNECTION. WHEN THE PIECE IS OF HAVING DEFECTED QUALITY IT IS THE PRIMARY DUTY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO REPLACE OR EXCHANGE THE SAME. BUT THEY ARE SIMPLY DENYING THIS FACT AND ARE RUNNING FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES TOWARDS THE INNOCENT CUSTOMER LIKE ME. I AM ENCLOSING THE BILLS AND DELIVERY NOTES OF THE SAME.
