Didn’t response to complain
Location/place: Balugaon,Dist-khorda,state-odisha
Name of company/service: Godrej
i registered a complaint on dated 16th dec 2011 for front door rust problem of freeze.this freeze now out of warranty but its body is in warranty for 10 years.after register this complain technician visit only for one time.then i call to godrej customer care and they give assurance to solve this problem.but till now i didn’t find any solution and also i had sent 2 email to official email id but till now i didn’n find any solution.
