Didn’t keep Sale & Delivery Promise

Hi,

I have booked Volkswagen Polo in Volkswagen, Deccan Auto, Nagole, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
At the time of booking, the sales consultant has provided complete information and promised the vehicle would arrive within 14 days for our chosen colour. Later we receive a call advising there is going to be a delay for another 15-20 days and we are asked to pick a different colour which they have available. When we insisted we want to stick to the same colour they said unfortunately there is going to be a delay.
As far a I am aware at the time of booking itself the consultant should be able to provide an approximate delivery date, rather they have promised it would arrive within 14 days and 23 days gone and we are still waiting for the vehicle.
The showroom didn’t keep p with their promise and I am completely dissatisfied.
Now my loan has already been sanctioned with the first payment already deducted from my account and I have paid a booking fee of INR10,000 and the loan processing fee of around INR 8000. Now I cant cancel the booking else I would loose the amount paid and the processing fee for the loan.

Can this please be looked into.
