Didn’t got refund of the invalid recharge voucher received which was purchased almost 4.5 months back

Name of company/service: Koovs.com

I placed a order (Order No. 533572) for Rs. 100 mobile recharge by paying Rs. 50. I bought the recharge on 22/02/2012 which I tried to use on 01.03.2012, but the coupon showed expired even though the expiry given is Expires 14 Feb 13, 12:00 AM. I followed with this issue from almost 4.5 months. They called me up and also mailed me for almost 5-6 times, but every-time they told me that I will get my refund in 3-4 days. But that 3.-4 days never came and I didn’t got my Rs.50 refund nor Rs.100 recharge. I want to penalized koovs.com for fooling the customer and not providing the customer which they assure. Trailing mail shows the conversation between me and koovs.com

This is the final gentle reminder email from my side regarding the refund of my Rs.50 which I paid for a recharge voucher which was also not valid. I am following up with this from almost 4.5 months. If you don’t take any action within 24 hours, I will submit a complaint to consumerforum.in against your company. Please don’t this email lightly. I think you should be penalized for doing fraud with the customer.

What I will do with the coupon worth Rs. 50. I paid you to get a recharge coupon valued Rs.100 for Rs.50. So, kindly give me a recharge coupon of Rs.100 or refund my amount of Rs.50. Struggling for this refund from almost 2-3 months, and then you expect me to buy anything again from your site. Are you doing such stuff with everyone. Why you think that always the customer should struggle/compromise? I want my Rs.50 refund or Rs.100 mobile recharge. Also, I am not asking you any extra. You should be penalized for such a stuff. You are telling about good customer satisfaction, but after doing such stuff do you think customer will buy anything from you next time.

Its already more than a month dealing with the below said issue. You are just fooling the customer and asking them to wait for a long period. With such a service, you are breaking the trust of customer on buying products and deals from your site. So, Kindly refund my amount if you cant activate the coupon.
