I ordered a samsung phone on paytm costs 1240₹ on 9th july 2019 and paid for it through my sbi debit card. Due to some reasons I had to cancel that order but paytm isn’t giving back my money. Initially they said they refunded it , now everything is in bank’s control. I queried in back there I got to know paytm hasn’t started refund process. Then I wrote to paytm again via twitter. They admit their fault and assured me I’ll get back my money. But still I’m waiting for them. Now they aren’t even responding my messages.
Plz help me.
