did recharge but have not got balance from 6 hours

on 11 aug.2012 i did recharge of 30 rs at 11.44 am but i am not get the balance from AIRTEL company.my complaint no, is 30811369122.plz do something for this inconvenience. my mobile no is 9730286921.
