Did not receive promised service
Location/place: Kolkata
Name of company/service: MTS
My mobile number is 9153349185. I got a MSG on 05/06/2012 saying on recharge of Rs. 21 I will get 50 STD mins. instantly and 10 STD mins after 48 hours. I confirmed the offer from customer care and recharged on same day. But did not get the promised 10 extra mins. till now.I called up the customer care four times no one took any complain nor solved my problem!!
