did not pay redeemed amount

Name of company/service: religare mutual fund

I invested in Religare mutual fund a sip of rs 1000/- per month for a year and then I requested to redeem the amount to me. I applied for redemption on 25/10/2012 but uptill now they did not deliver the amount to me. When I asked for delay first of all they did not answer my query then when I again contacted to them for the said thing they just gave me the reference no and courier no of the courier company telling me that they have sent the said amount by this courier services. Please help me out in getting my amount and take strict action against these companies.
