Deputy Manager rude and not crediting account after cash payment

Location/place: jalahalli, bangalore

Name of company/service: Icici bank

I made a cash payment on my account yesterday at the Icici bank, Jalahalli west branch. They are not crediting my account with the balance even after 24hrs and when i came to ask at the branch They made me wait for 4hrs from 12pm to 4pm and when i spoke to the deputy manager he spoke very rude and says they dont want to help me and asks me to go give a police complaint and even then they wont help me, they made me run around to different places, spent more than an hour on the phone with the phone banking reps and Still never got a solution. The deputy manager here doesnt allow me to talk to anybody higher above him as well and talks very rudely. Kindly help me.
