Name of company/service: Airtel
I am Barjesh Syal, Computer Teacher with Punjab Govt. I am using Cug plan with the number 9888484506 and I have deposited Rs.350/- in the month of May. This amount is not transferred to my account till date. I made a complaint to Airtel Customer Care but they are not responding up to satisfactory level. they daily call me to deposit the payment and when i ask regarding the status of my complaint the cut off. I call their local representative many times and one day (approximately start of the July) he (if I am not wrong Mr. Baljeet Singh) told me and the Shopkeeper Vicky owner of “Vicky Telecom, Sirhind” that my payment of Rs.350/- transferred to my account and he ask me to pay the pending bill. But my account still not showing the transfer. I have talk to their seniors also on conference along with the Shopkeeper Vicky, but it was not fruitful.
I am afraid that i have to pay again that amount. Please Help
