Denied Warranty Extension of my Nokia C6-01

Hi,

I own a Nokia C601 handset (IMEI – 353759049360401), which i bought in August 2011 . I paid an amount of Rs 525 for warranty extension of my handset on 04-aug-2012 at MICRONAS TELECOM, C-4, SEC-2, NOIDA.
The extension was promised through a clumsy process on the insistence of support staff , which was never fulfilled. . A plea to the centre manager evoked a dead response and so i am left only with legal options.

I had even raised this issue with customer support but to no avail,they are claiming the attached purchase proof is fake.In the light of such events I feel cheated of my money and time. It paints Nokia’s service and commitment in bad light.
