Sir,
This is to inform you that, we have taken a Health Insurance Cover from M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co.; Policy No and other details are as under. This policy covers health insurance of me and my spouse along with my daughter.
On 15th June, 2012 my wife had been admitted at Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Center Agra due to abdominal problem, and after preliminary examination the admin of Pushpanjali had taken an approval from Insurance Co. on 17th, June 2012 for Cashless Treatment of my wife.
After treatment the Insurance Co. is denying to give that Cashless Facility and I could get release/discharged my wife after own payment only, due to this I was bound to keep my wife in same hospital one more day extra.
Hence you are requested to look into this matter and give me justice.

    This is very bad. Insurance companies should have an honest policy. such kind of cheating spread very bad emage of compnies in Indian Market and consumer will start to have a negetive attitude about these companies.
