Name of company/service: Air India Ltd.
I would like to inform you that i had a confirm ticket from New-Delhi to kathmnandu on 19th june 2012 by flight no. AI215 of Air India Ltd. from Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal-3. For the same i reached the Air India counter 1hr 40 mins before the departure and i was denied boarding on the ground that some VIP has to board the flight and the boarding time had been closed before 2 hrs. I would also like you to inform that i was neither given any notification or prior information about such change in boarding by the Air India.
Later on i was directed to go back from air port by scheduling my flight on the next day with the chargeable fees of 1000 extra.
This all procedure of Air india seem very ungenuine and unjustifiable. I would like you to take strong step toward it on my behalf and safeguard future right of the other passengers.
