We had booked for Chardham Yatra for myself and my wife by paying 35999 per person
we were provided with all hotels and cab vouchers in advance
when we went to Kedarnath which was a 14km walking trek and reached there at 8 at night
This is to inform you that we were denied accomadation in the mentioned hotel as they said they do not deal with makemytrip and we had to spend 2hrs frantically searching for accommodation at other hotel
My wife fell ill in the freezing cold and was required to be hospitalised
next day due to her ill health we had to take the helicopter service which cost us Rs 7000 extra
As per your policy you are supposed to refund 100% if we do not get what is promised so i demand a refund
this mail will also be forwarded to the consumers forum department
we do not expect this kind of service from makemytrip.
we had escalated the same to the mail ids who sent us the voucher
namely jignesh chauhan and payal and ashis patel but they did not answer back
i am a regular customer of make my trip and we have been availing domestic and international holidays for past 6 years
Pls provide escalation mail ids in case you are unable to solve
