Name of company/service: AXIS BANK LIMITED
I have demat account with Axis Bank Limited, Paidiparru Branch. Unfortunately my name in PAN Card is wrongly mentioned as VSS Nagendrababu Manukutla. Now the name has been changed in the same PAN card by NSDL as Munukutla VSS Nagendrababu. I requested the Branch and all other concerned bank people for updation of the change of name in demat account. They barely denied for my request and advised me to open a new demat account by paying Rs.650/- extra. Similar financial Institutions like Karvy and Geogit Paribas are getting such services like name change in demat accoount etc. The rules are common to all the financial institutions. To avoid giving services to the individual customers they skipping from the services as above. I requested the higherups to look into the matter. But none has reponded on this. Please I request you to take the matter as serious and do the needful and oblige.
