Demanding unofficial charges against providing NOC

Hi,

The Builder M/s Puranik builder, Thane is demanding from me the unofficial sum of Rs 5 Lacs to provide me NOC against the flat (flat no. 301, Spring valley, Puranik city, GB Road, Thane (W)- 400615) i am selling to Mr. Adarsh & Ms. Priyanka for which they have procured house loan from LICHFL Thane.
