Dtdc courier service in my place has a habit of delaying product delivery(from Salem to Rasipuram,30 kms approx),and they event put in drizzling rain as an escuse,its been 3 days straight from the day dell sent my product for replacement and yet they chose for that DTDC.Dtdc once stole my phone i couriered through them(made it lost on the way to gwalior from rasipuram)a year ago.I think many customer dont have satisfaction with their service too,and nothing is going to change how good these guys impresses customer on the phone.Never go for dtdc
