I Have A Laptop Dell Inspiron N5110, It had warranty left for around 80 days and a dell complete care warranty which they gave if our lcd or some physical parts gets broken. Sometimes Back I Found my dell laptop’s lcd one contact with body came out and it was in flight at that time. after holidays i contacted dell and they told me to send images to them, so i did. Next day they said that they can’t change my lcd or repair my broken part, i have to pay for it and when i asked the reason they said that it was the pure case of negligence. Then i asked them to tell me n what basis they have neglected my laptop repairs, they said they can’t tell me. and said i need to pay 5000 rs for it. Just tell me why should i pay those rupees if my laptop is in warranty. they should help people. if anyone would come for it they would say its negligence. i’m really sad about it. i don’t want to spend rupees for that.
