Name of company/service: DELL
On November 15th 2010 i have bought the Dell inspiron N4010 from delhi nehru palace . I have also got my bill for my purchase of the laptop.
But from the last 30 days i am facing the serious problems with my laptop and when i tried to file the complaint to dell support, they told me that it is showing in their system that i have bought my laptop from singapore, and when i told them that i have bought it from delhi , then they told me that they need dealer’s invoice copy and my invoice copy.
When i contacted for this issue to my retailer from whom i have buied my laptop, then first of all he start telling me that he will give it to me in 2 days and was give giving the same reasons for next 20 days . Till now i haven’t got my dealer’s invoice copy. And now that retailer is saying that the dealer from whom he used to buy laptop has stop his services.
I am now completely stuck and dell services are also not helping me. If there are such kind of issues then why not these dell authorities sell their laptop only at their own stores.
I have done all work legally and also have my invoice copy. But cannot get the services as promised by DELL.
Please help me as i am completely stuck because of all these issues.
