Name of company/service: HOMESHOP18
I had ordered two Seagate hard disks from HOMESHOP18 on 15-06-2012. On their webpage it was mentioned that this unit(Seagate 2TB 3.5″ External Expansion Hard Disk Drive) is USB POWERED and then I ordered two units. When i received the units on 18-06-2012 and opened them at home then I found out that both the units were NOT USB POWERED, instead they were EXTERNAL POWERED. I called the customer care of HOMESHOP18 the next day on 19-06-2012 and told them about my problem they filed my complaint under complaint number 72531761 and told me that i would get a callback from HOMESHOP18 within 48 hours. I have lodged a complaint at their website also through feedback ticket number 72557515 and after that also I have called their customer care everyday and each day they assure me that they would call me back but till yet i have not received any call from their team. When I called them again today then they told me that I have received the same product that i had ordered and that they would do nothing else.
I have been cheated by them as they have taken payment from me and not delivered the item I ordered. I have taken screenshot of the page where it is specifically mentioned that the unit is USB POWERED and have kept it with me. I just want that i should get the product that I REQUIRE and what I ORDERED otherwise HOMESHOP18 should REFUND my money.
