Name of company/service: deals and you.com
I have received my order no. 599550 (Led Bracelet Watch from deals and you.com on 04.06.2012. After opening the consignment i have found that one functioning key of bracelet watch is not functioning. Due to said default in product, I am unable to set the timing, date and year in my watch. After knowing these facts I have lodge a telephonic complaint on same date i.e. 04.06.2012 and concerned executive of the company has said that “your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned technical team who will give the his remark within 48 hours. After completion of 48 hrs. I have made another call to the company & same word has been repeated by the executive. I between 04.06.2012 to 17.06.2012 I have made 5 to 6 calls to the company number and every executive has said that technical team has not given his remark & your problem has been sort-out within next 48 hours. Today I have called to the executive of the company for the status but the same reply has been given.
Kindly guide me in this matter.
