I purchase 192 Ltrs Refrigerator (RR1915TCABX) with serial No 08884ZAD403655 on09 Jun 2013 form New Berco Electronics (Regd)(Dealer),Shop No 5 & 7, Main Market Plot 11, Sector -6 Dwarka, New Delhi- 110075 against Invoice No 1377 dated 09 Jun 2013.
While selecting the said model a damaged piece was kept in display.I liked the feature of said Model so I said that I will purchase the same model but You have to give me FRESH PIECE as this piece is defective,initially it was agreed upon by sales man Mr Anil and Owner of the shop.
But when delivery was made same damaged piece was delivered to me when I raised the complaint The owner and Mr Anil refused to accept and told that Company Service center will rectify the defect.
When I contacted service center Service Engineer came for the visit but didnot attended the complaint as he was not allowed by the Local Service Center.
The defect in Said Model and serial No is
It does not cool properly,cooling is defective
Door id having dent on right side while facing towards the fridge.
The Steel logo of SAMSUNG “S” is missing.
Present situation no one is attending the complaint and its not working properly.
Kindly find the attachment. also and get the defect rectified.
