I ordered 2 batteries of Xiaomi redmi 2 BM 44 on 6th April 2018, order no. ,(407-4238558-4085160), order Amt. Rs.1152.00 which I paid through AMAZON PAY BALANCE. But I received only 1 instead of 2 battery. On the same day I complained in the Amazon site and I got a response on the next day stating the mobile no of Abhimanyu Enterprise (seller). I had called M/s Abhimanyu Enterprise on 12th April 2018 and they promised me to deliver the 2nd battery within 2-3 working days. But still today I didn’t receive another one. Now the seller M/s Abhimanyu Enterprise is not receiving my call. It is the worst experience I ever face with AMAZON. So I want my money back as soon as possible. Do the needful and take some drastic step to resolve my issue. Thank you.
