Delivering damaged product and non-responsive to complaints

Hi- I purchased various items under adv receipt # 2003059419 from Hometown Punjagutta on 09-June and ended up receiving one of items in a damaged condition on 29th June. Ever since that day, i have been trying to talk to people and get this replaced but with no success.
1. Customer care # on the receipt do not work!
2. Whomever you call after finding # from web says call someone else on another #.
3. I have no idea if at all they intend to replace my damaged item ever.
4. I must have made a minimum of 200 phone call attempts and spoken to atleast a dozen different people at hometown- Anita, Srinivas, Fitting dept head, Mahesh (claims to be the incharge of Hometown-hyderabad) but everyone has only told false stories.
