Name of company/service: Snapdeal
1.We ordered Micro max Tablet from Snap deal.
2.And we got the faulty product which was not switched on.
3.We raised complaint on Snap deal Customer care.
4.We asked for replacement or Money back ,but for both Snap deal told us to wait for 15-20 days.Snap deal also suggested that, go for the service center for repairing.
5.As we don’t have trust on Snap deal after getting the faulty product we choose the way of repairing the product as product is still in Grantee period.
6.We submitted faulty product to service center but from there also we did not get any proper response.

7.Now it’s 15 days are completed and still we don’t have the tablet with us.
8.Now i would like to raise the complaint against Snap deal as well as the Service center from where i have not received any satisfactory services.
9.We lost our product,Money,Time.
Requesting you to pls take the imm action to get our product or Money back.
