Delivered Dupliacte product and Memory card also missing against (order number – 8000033876)

I would like to bring to your notice that i had ordered a Nokia (C2-03 )C.Black from indiatimes shopping website (Order no.8000033876) dated 21.06.12 and same was delivered to me on 28.6.12 through Aramax Courier .i had opened the delivery box in front of the courier delivery boy and i found that Battery sent with my ordered mobile was duplicate (Snap Attached) and also 2 GB Memory card was missing in the box where as it is clearly mentioned that memory card is inside the box but it was not present in the box when i opened it and same was intimated to Miss Astha Sharma (Complaint Ref.no. 21269) lodged on date 28.06.2012 time 4.58 Pm by telecon on your helpline no.

Also i suspect that ear phones which have been supplied in the box are duplicate (Snap attached).(Made in indonesia)

Also i suspect that i have not been delivered a genuine product.

i am continuously in touch with the company representative through mail and telecon but still not got any solution.i am having great mental harassment due to it and not able to use my product properly.

So pls help me for finding a solution.
