It got delivered on 6th of August but after receiving it I found out the product is faulty and not working, when contacted the snapdeal support they asked me to send it back. After sending back I sent numerous emails to snapdeal support but didn’t get any reply. I called them yesterday and they told me that they will be repairing the product and will send back. How is it justifiable? why should I be accepting the repaired product as I have paid the full amount for the new product and didn’t used it for single time. It’s just horrible buying experience and request you to not to prefer snapdeal for any deal.
