I had rs 575.54 on dt.16th jan 2012 on my reliance smart gsm prepaid no.9861285555.
it was then switched off till 3rd jun 2012.when i switched on it on3rd jun, only Rs 388.54 was left on my acc. then i called customer care but they hung my call thrice without helping me out. then i mailed it to their customercare mail. but they replied me of the deduction as justified as i hv activated the caller tune facility. i just cant understand how can the vas can be activated with my no. switched off.i had to pay Rs.247/- for caller tune monthly rental and subscription activated automatically only because my no. was not in service?
incredible justice is being given by sch teleco operators to their customers.strong action should be taken against the culprits in looting such innocent customers in the name of vas activation excuse and total refund of my deducted amount should be done.
