Dear Mr. Naveen,
The reason behind this is that there is no AC bus facility on this route hence DTC doesn’t allow Inter State pass holders to travel through their inter city AC buses. According to me their must be some extra charges and it should be available.
M also a frequent traveler to Gurgaon. We have to bear it until any amendment takes place.Regards,
